ordered xxl crispy chicken, no spicy with seasoning powder only. Chicken is quite juicy but too much pepper there😂

The thicker part of the meat is not fully cooked, got some slight pink and odor. Otherwise is great

Regular customer here. Food is usually good, but this time the chicken was undercooked and tasted awful. Hope the quality can be checked before delivery.

Dear Customer, We have been notify of the said problem and after review of the issue. The undercooked part is starch(flour) not chicken meat. To ensure the chicken remain to be juicy and bouncy and not dry out. We thank you for your support.

the happy ricebox mentioned it will come with XXXL crispy chicken, but it only came with few pieces of chicken.. not worth my money at all.
