My fried chicken were undercooked...

i specifically asked for either thigh or drumstick part but they still give me a chicken breast , so disappointed cause i did remark and highlight it

Very stingy when it comes to chilli sauce. Only two packets of chilli sauce for two burgers and one large fries.

Chicken are black tak tukar minyak ke ayam tak gold standard not flaky

Fries portion was lesser than usual. Didn’t give more chilli sauce as requested.

Poor packaging

The patty of my chicken burger was hard as rock I think its an old patty that they still try to serve. My nuggets is hard as rock as well. I am not happy with my meal at all.
