Added jelly ball and paid but no jellyball in my cup!

No straw

was waiting this so long, and try it straight away with the first sip but in the bag there's no straw or anything. Really disappointed

The drink was not properly sealed and it leaked when we take out. Also, no straw was provided, so how are we expected to drink without the straw?

Order many time from this branch, always choose and paid for topping but never provided, this is the second time already.

I asked for extra ice because I noted no ice but I didn't see it. I paid extra for packaging but there was no bag????
