the staffs were acting rude, i ask politely asking if my drinks are ready or not since in the app shows that i can pick it up, but the staff use mocking tone "nak buat lah ni" to me. never come again.

Waffle arrived to me COLD..could’ve reached put to me as soon as nampak yg i order caramel and terus tanya nk cancel or proceed with other flavor not pressure kata dh buat takkan nk buang🙄

setiap kali order add add on topping mesti dpt lain xde call ke apa terus bagi topping yang aku tak minum

chocolate ice blended saya rasa green tea.. hmm dah la tak boleh minum wangi" ni.. tolong basuh bekas blender ye

Next time please check your order carefully.. i order with toping tapi order smpai with no toping then kalau flavour tu tiada please inform customer dlu jgn sesuka hati ganti any topping..

ya allah serius melampau. aku punya order tu RM20+. Lepastu kau salah bagi oder tu kat org lain,kau suruh aku amik org lain punya pulk.yg ada 2 waffle biasa je.WEYH AGAK2 LAH! kalau bole nk bgi 0 star
