order 2 cup milktea with coconut jelly & sugar jelly but come 1 milktea with sugar jelly only and 1 milktea with sugar jelly & pearl, and Ai-Smoothies split all over the bag. Very Disappointed.

i think u mistaken for ai shake strawberry, i thought this one have oat inside like i ordered before, and for the coffee latte also, i request for oat but got clear boba. LOL

Requested for normal sugar but watery tasteless drinks. Even the plastic lid was not properly fixed and straw without the sharp end to poke the plastic! Terrible!

Ridiculous! ice cream not sealed well. alot of it poured out into the plastic! no cornflakes & strawberry given inside the ice cream, instead got jelly . very disappointed with this outlet!
