Real good packaging. Plastic cooler bags instead of the normal paper bags, user friendly plastic cover caps instead of the normal ones, and plastic bottles for the mulberry tea. Highly recommend.

The packaging is more modernised and sophisticated than the usual Tealive shops.

My matcha mouse had no pearls even if I asked.. I paid 3 ringgit extra for it …
