Rice is hard & not fully cooked. Devastated. Yakiniku is too oily

Ebi fry nigiri yang sampai dah sejuk. Biasa order dapat yg panas atau suam2..digoreng garing tapi udang kat dalam tak masak.

The food is very sloppy. Ordered yakiniku beef showed with fresh raw cabbage, yet just get a few pcs of big pcs cutting and mushy cabbage (overcooked). Miso soup hav to add own water. Sorry
