How come order nasi lemak sambal only delivered the sambal not like in the picture

Spilled order food panda wasn’t willing to assist and give refund, left with no soup

Food is good, however someone placed the paper order in the same container as my food in the vegetable area. The paper order WAS PLACED INSIDE WITH MY FOOD. Please don't do that as hygiene is CRUCIAL.
