Dosa was good. but chutney was probably not fresh. May be it was spoilt during delivery as it was kept with hot dosa.

Bad rice taste you should really improve the quality and taste and very less quantity of sambhar. We are ordering since last 8 days regularly please try to improve the quanity you deliver.
