I must admit that I am super impressed with this muffin we created and although the Paris Olympics has ended we may keep this item in our menu for a long long long time. Double chocolate muffin, made with a combination of cocoa powder and milk chocolate and filled with a dark chocolate ganache. Not too sweet, moist and very chocolatey.
