Dah banyak kali add on creme crown CBTL tapi ni first time sampai meleleh satu beg dan terkena air lain. Maybe boleh contohi branch lain letak salotape supaya x tumpah/meleleh

i don't think the price justify the taste and the fact yg delivery takde whipped cream makes me think the price should be punished by law 🙂

They are in a rush and they made my matcha green tea latte taste so horrible

where’s the cheese sauce

I specifically requested no sweetness, but the drink was still made sweet. The sweetness was overwhelming and unacceptable

They forced me to select add-on when ordering a "poppy bagel with cream cheese". The bagel arrived with zero cream cheese, only got strawberry whipped cream instead. Basic cold brew was out of stock.

Banyak kali dah salah order. Selalu lupa creme crown.
