叫過很多遍了 這次給錯我pizza

Rude runner! Dah tk tahu location lepas tu berlagak tak nak dgr org bg direction. Nak memaki org je, semoga lps ni dpt location yg lagi susah dari ni!!!

Tracking was not updated when the food arrived. I checked myself after almost 2hours waiting & got myself a cold pizza.

This is the most awful restaurant in Malaysia. They don’t respect customers at all. As a foreigner, I advise all foreigners and tourists not to order from this restaurant.

very slow delivery, estimate time half hour but for sure more than 1 hour and this is very frequent. Is this fast food or slow food?

Horrible, food was sold cold. I waited for more than 90 minutes for my food. The worst ever. I will never ever order again.

waited almost 3 hours, no update, status was "preparing" the whole time. had to check the lobbymyself. it was delivered without updating system or calling/letting me know. NO pic was attach. cold food

Ordered pizza at 6:21pm and only received my pizza at 8:06pm. What a slow delivery, this is very unacceptable!

I placed an order and waited for two hours, but it still didn’t arrive. I couldn’t get through on the phone either. This is absolutely terrible.

Late delivery

I ordered at 1230 , wait til 240 the app still say on the way. I went to check if it's already there n yes, it's there cold asf now. Not only that there's not even plastic bag to shield it from ants.

Tak masak

I didnt receive my mushroom soup. I ordered purposely to have my mushroom soup due to my brother not feeling well but then the one i want i didnt get it � too bad

Double order then dominos not refund until today

it's awful that we don't get an update on the delivery status (Domino's system is not connected to Food Panda's). & The given Domino's tel. no. does not work. frustrating experience. bad for business.

Deliver time was so slow, have been waited for more than an hour! Deliver guy never noticed me when food was arrived, system is bad. Food arrived was not what I have ordered! Never order Domino’s!!!!!
