food came very late and cold

in long chicken i order pickels but it did not contain any pickels! and in one of the meals that i ordered i did not find the fries !

wondering why it took so long to prepare the food. although i choose saver delivery time (took maximum 70 min as it stated) , but the food arived extra 40 min than the actual ETA.

I didn’t reserve half my order and everything is really really cold.

They put small fries instead of big ones, the ice melted, the burger is cold
