Salmon burnt badly

Can you please differentiate between chicken patty and chicken sausage instead of chicken sausage patty? sometimes i get sausage and sometimes patty. it's confusing, as i really wanted the patty.

Scheduled ordered it super early to arrive by 12pm but it arrived at 12.50pm: super late
