The packaging needs to be improved for burger steak . No mushroom gravy left all spilled maybe due how it packed. Next time better separate mushroom gravy sauce in a separate container.

I always specify the chicken part I want,but I keep getting it wrong.Not sure if they don't understand English or just wing it. either way, it's really disappointing every time.

one chicken thigh only, i want two!

i ordered 6pcs chicken and 4 side dishes mashed potatoes and 2 coleslaw but delivered 6 mashed potatoes without coleslaw
