. 200g Boneless Chicken Leg
. 2g Seasoning Salt & Pepper
. 40g Horlicks
. 50g Flour
. 1pcs Egg (beaten)
. 60g Nestum
. 100g Breadcrumbs
Steps
1. Season the boneless chicken leg with salt and pepper.
2. Mix the Horlicks, Nestum and bread- crumbs well in a medium size bowl.
3. Coat the chicken evenly with flour, followed by beaten eggs.
4. Next, coat the chicken in Horlicks, Nestum and breadcrumbs mixture.
5. Heat up the oil and deep fry the coated chicken until it is golden brown.
