


Horlicks Marble Shortbread Biscuit

Ingredients:
• 170g Unsalted Butter
• 60g sifted icing sugar
• 100g Horlicks Original
• 40g almond powder
• 200g All-purpose flour
• For toppings: 250g chocalte for cooking, 60g white chocolate
Steps:
1) Mix the unsalted butter, icing sugar and Horlicks Original until it is smooth and uniform in texture. Then, add in almond powder and All-purpose flour. Mix the concoction until it forms into a dough.
2) Spread the dough in a 9.5” X 9.5” baking tray that has been greased with oil/butter. Prick the dough gently with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 180˚C for 15-20 minutes. Then, remove the cookies from oven and let it cool completely.
3) Place each chocolate in a separate bowl and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds each.
4) Pour the dark chocolate over the cooled cookies and spread them evenly. Then, pour white chocolate on top of it and make patterns according to personal preference using satay skewers.
5) Cool the cookies in the refrigerator for 5 minutes. Then, remove it from the baking tray and cut them according to the desired shape.
