Food are good but i got both my orders completely wrong :(

the matcha does not looks like in the photos, all the ice gone, the cream also vanish, the drink is not cold at all, i always order drinks and none of it looks like this so disappointing

didnt receive my drink, despite paying for almost rm50 for 2 sandwich and a drink, they still manage to lose THE DRINK, if sauce or something small then i can say its genuine mistake but a drink..
