Ordered pink lava but got different drink instead. Unable to choose spicy level for flying chicken. Hence, received flavorless fried chicken

Ordered rice combo but they don't have rice and gave me coleslaw as replacement. How is that equivalent? And I also ordered 1 pink lava and 1 fruitarian drink but received 2 pink lava drinks instead.
