The taste, packaging & staff was good.

tak pernah kecewa, tapi ada sekali tu order lain dapat lain.. selalu staff akan Call kalau stok boba habis, tanya kalau nak tukar dn topping lain.. tapi tak call pun customer balik, frust tau.

Dari segi penghantaran pn ok, pemarah.. Semua ok, Terbaik.... 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Dalam app kata ada pastu bila dh smpai 1 tak cukup sebab dh tkde stock hurm kenapa tk tgok betul2 :(

staff tidak baca dengan betul apa Yang pelanggan request.2 order tidak complete .

lain yg order..lain yg dapat..tolong double cek lain kali...

i ordered a brown sugar jelly milk tea but it comes as ice cream toffee hazelnut latte

tak reti baca ke yang buat order ni? order 2 ice cream sundae. strawberry and boba. order boba sundae + waffle crumb tapi dapat dekat strawberry? haritu pun ada order, pun salah prnh walkin pun salah!

They did not follow the instructions well , yesterday and today i ordered the oreo sundae but with special instructions to not put chocolate or oreo,add the waffle crumbs but both the orders are wrong
