rider service wasnt good!
i understand the covid 19 situation don’t allowed the rider to come nearby to the customers but that doesn’t mean customers have to go to guardhouse to collect the food! my rider gave me that excuse that he can not come up to my house thats why gave it to the guard! i came down to collect the food and from my house guard house is a bit far!
the other foodpanda riders came up to deliver the goods to the customers and i saw that with my own eyes...
no point to pay delivery fee for that kind of service

The food is nice and yummy .. I just noticed that there was no cheese inisde the nan compared to the first time I ordered; I am not sure if they have changed the recipe or if there is a mistake.
For the butter chicken and other meals, it would be nicer if we can have the option to add rice.

The food was nice but doesnt put enough onions in biriyani and the pakaging is tooo small for biriyani it spils everything thirdly piece of chicken is not also quater pirce its only one piece which is not worth it for the price

food is so bad, ordered butter chicken and got box of oil and chicken dipped in it. dude stop putting menus when you dont even know what butter chicken is. just putting some chicken, butter and lots of oil doesnt make it butter chicken.
