



Auspicious Steamed Fish

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons MAGGI Oyster Sauce
600g – 900g Grouper fish, cleaned
1 spring onion
2 inches ginger, sliced
6 tablespoons cooking oil
150g ginger, chopped
50g garlic, chopped
1 spring onion, sliced
5 chives, sliced
1 coriander, sliced
1 red chili, sliced
1 spring onion, sliced lengthwise
Fish Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon MAGGI seasoning sauce
½ tablespoon MAGGI concentrated chicken stock
½ cup water
13g rock sugar
How to Cook
1. Chop ginger and garlic finely
2. Sauté ginger and garlic until golden brown then add MAGGI Oyster Sauce and stir well.
3. Next, add sliced onions and chives, stir well. Set aside.
4. Add MAGGI Seasoning Sauce, MAGGI Chicken Stock, water and rock sugar. Simmer until dissolved. Set aside.
5. Place ginger and spring onion under the fish. Cook for 10-13 minutes.
6. Pour ginger paste and soy sauce over the fish
7. Sprinkle slices of spring onion, chili and coriander leaves. Serve well.
