TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following campaign activity is organized by foodpanda Malaysia (“foodpanda”, “we” or “our”) and is open to users for the foodpanda Malaysia platform (“participant(s)”, “user(s)” or “you”). The Basic Terms and the campaign Standard Terms that are available at foodpanda Malaysia platform (collectively “Terms and Conditions”) shall be binding on you. The definitions in the campaign Standard Terms shall apply unless otherwise expressly agreed in the Basic Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between the campaign Standard Terms and the Basic Terms, the Basic Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.



BASIC TERMS



1 Name of Contest “foodpanda Berkat Ramadan CSR Campaign”
2 Brief mechanism of Contest 1. This campaign is applicable for orders made on food delivery, pick-up, foodpanda shops and pandamart from the foodpanda app (“Order” or “Orders”).

2.Participants are required to spend a minimum amount of RM1 on each category, in order to opt in to participate throughout the Corporate Social Responsibilities (“CSR”) initiative as follows:

3. Participants are required to key in the code PANDA during checkout of every successful Order to opt-in to the campaign (1 successful Order = 1 donation from foodpanda)
For the purpose of this section, “successful Order” means an order that is successfully delivered to the customer and no refund or whatsoever is made thereafter.
For clarity purposes, the code PANDA is for campaign opt in purpose only, with RM1 discount value.

4. Each successful order with Coca-Cola items will be considered as an additional one (1) meal donation, totaling to two (2) meal donations.

5. The total number of successful orders made with code PANDA at the end of the Campaign Period will be equivalent to the total monetary value of donation from foodpanda and participating brands to the participating NGO (PERTIWI).
Sample: 10,000 successful orders = 10,000 meals donation
3 Contest Period 23 March 2023,12:00 AM until 21 April 2023, 11:59 PM
4 Eligibility Criteria / Ineligibility The Campaign is open to existing and/or new users of foodpanda Malaysia subject to the following:

1. Participants must have a valid and registered foodpanda account during the campaign Period.
2. Participants must be residing in Malaysia during the campaign Period.

The following persons are NOT eligible to participate in this campaign:
  • any person who has committed or suspected to have committed fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to his/her foodpanda account or any services granted by foodpanda Malaysia
  • 5 Donation Fulfillment 1. At the end of the Campaign Period, the total number of successful orders will be equivalent to the total monetary value of donation from foodpanda and participating brands to the participating NGO (PERTIWI).
    Example:
    -10,000 successful orders = 10,000 meals donation

    2. The final amount of donation to be finalized at the end of the Campaign Period. The final donation fulfillment may be in the form of monetary value, physical packed meals or cooking essential supplies, depending on the requirement from the participating NGO (PERTIWI) in the month of May 2023.

    3. The final donation amount will be revealed after the campaign period has ended through the official social media platforms, and also during a formal event scheduled in May 2023.

    4.No goods or services will be provided by foodpanda Malaysia to the Participants in return for such participation. No discussion, correspondence, enquiry, appeal or challenge in respect of any decision of foodpanda will be entertained.

    5. foodpanda Malaysia reserves the rights to evoke eligibility of any participants whose transactions/orders are deemed fraudulent.

    6. foodpanda Malaysia may publish an announcement regarding the Campaign on foodpanda social media platforms (such as: Facebook, Instagram & Twitter).

    7. The participants shall not dispute nor make any oral or written complaints, public announcements or statements on the same whether during or after the Campaign Period.
    6 Additional Terms, if any
  • This campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram.
  • Participants agree to release Facebook & Instagram from any liability in relation to this campaign.
  • Entry and participation in the campaign shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by you of these Terms and Conditions, foodpanda Policies and Privacy Policies available at foodpanda Malaysia platform.
  • foodpanda Malaysia reserves the right to change or alter any part of the campaign at its sole discretion without prior notification.
