pandapro frequent asked questions
pandapro is our subscription plan. It gives subscribers access to exclusive deals and perks on food, groceries, and more.
Our plans range from a 1-month, 6-month, or 12-month plan. Anyone can subscribe for as low as RM4.90 monthly.
You get free delivery and exclusive deals automatically at checkout. Simply use voucher codes to save on food. To check your benefits, go to your account and click 'Subscription'.
You can use your pandapro perks when your order meets the minimum order requirements for a deal or offer.
You can cancel your subscription anytime. Go to your account, choose 'Subscription', and tap 'I would like to unsubscribe'. You can keep enjoying your perks for the remainder of your current cycle.
We'll bill you for the plan upon subscription. This will be renewed in the next few months, or the next month, depending on the plan you selected. Plans renew on the same date as your signup date until cancelled.
We can't refund or prorate plans canceled early. However, you can still use the benefits for the rest of the cycle.
Yes! You can use extra voucher codes alongside your automated pandapro benefits. Just make sure your order meets the minimum requirement.
You can enjoy your pandapro on both mobile and desktop.
For mobile, tap the three lines on the top left. For web, go to profile settings on the top right. Then, click 'Become a pandapro', choose a plan, and subscribe.
Our free delivery perk saves you up to RM4. This applies to a minimum spend of RM25 on food or RM50 on foodpanda shops and pandamart. For instance, if your delivery fee is RM6, pandapro covers RM4 and you only need to pay RM2.
Benefits do not roll over, so make sure to maximise your perks!
Pick the new plan you want to upgrade to and make the payment. The new plan will take effect once the existing plan has ended. This also applies if you choose to change to a shorter-term plan.
