TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following activity is organized by foodpanda Malaysia (“foodpanda”, “we” or “our”) and is open to users for the foodpanda Malaysia platform, subject to the criteria of Eligibility Criteria / Ineligibility (“Participant(s)”, “user(s)” or “you”). The Basic Terms and the Contest Standard Terms that are available at foodpanda Malaysia platform (collectively “Terms and Conditions”) shall be binding on you. The definitions in the Contest Standard Terms shall apply unless otherwise expressly agreed in the Basic Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between the Contest Standard Terms and the Basic Terms, the Basic Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.



BASIC TERMS



1 Name of Contest “pandamart spend & win pandora jewellery Contest”
2 Brief mechanism of Contest 1. Participants must spend a minimum of RM60 in a single receipt on a pandamart order during the duration of the contest.

2. foodpanda Malaysia’s team will make a posting on its official Facebook page regarding this Contest (“Contest Post”) and shall remain posted throughout the Contest Period.

3. Participants must (i) upload an image of their favourite items that they have purchased from pandamart and (ii) answer why the item(s) purchased is his/her favourite in the comments section of the Contest Post (“Comment”). Thereafter, the Participants must Direct Message foodpanda Malaysia’s official Facebook page their relevant order ID for the items purchased after leaving the Comment.

4.The last three (3) Participants in the Contest Post who have fulfilled Point 3. above shall be entitled to win the Prizes.

5.Winners are required to answer question(s) correctly which shall be determined by foodpanda at its sole and absolute discretion.
3 Contest Period 18 May 2022,12:00AM until 14 June 2022, 11:59 PM
4 Eligibility Criteria / Ineligibility • Participant must have a valid and registered foodpanda account during the Contest Period.

• Participant must be residing in Malaysia during the Contest Period.

• Participant must have a valid and registered Facebook account during the Contest Period.

•Participant must not have won any prize from foodpanda in the past and/or at the time of participation in this Contest or during the Contest Period, or in any contest or giveaway organized by foodpanda.
5 Selection of Winner • The last three (3) Participants in the Contest Post who have fulfilled Point 3. of Brief mechanism of Contest above shall be entitled to win the Prizes (“Winners” or each a “Winner”) where the last Participant commented on the Contest Post shall be entitled to the Grand Prize, the second-last Participant commented on the Contest Post shall be entitled to the 2nd Place and the third-last Participant commented on the Contest Post shall be entitled to the 3rd Place.

All decisions made by foodpanda are final and cannot be appealed by the Participants. Our decisions on all matters relating to the Contest (including without limitation, the selection of Winners, play of the giveaway, contest and/or any resolutions made) shall be final and absolute and binding on the Participants. No discussion, correspondence, enquiry, appeal or challenge in respect of any decision of foodpanda will be entertained.

The Participants shall not dispute nor make any oral or written complaints, public announcements or statements on the same whether during or after the Contest Period.
6 Prize Grand Prize: 1x Pandora Jewellery Set (1x sparkling cute panda charm, 1x free hand heart ring, AND 1x rolo chain necklace)

2nd Place: 1x rolo chain necklace

3rd Place: 1x free hand heart ring
7 Notification of winners foodpanda Malaysia team will contact the Winners via Facebook Messenger within ten (10) working days from the end of the Contest Period or such mode of communication as foodpanda Malaysia deems appropriate, regarding the Prize collection or redemption in such a manner that is determined by foodpanda Malaysia at its sole discretion.

The Winners will need to present his/her registered foodpanda account that matches with the customer ID or such other required information which foodpanda Malaysia team required and requested for verification purposes. Winners are allowed to send representatives to collect the Prizes on his/her behalf, with authorisation letter or such other required information which foodpanda Malaysia team required and requested.

Foodpanda Malaysia may publish an announcement regarding the Contest and/or Winners on foodpanda social media platforms (such as: Facebook, Instagram & Twitter).
8 Additional Terms, if any • This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Pandora, Habib Jewels, Facebook or Instagram.
• Participants agree to release Facebook & Instagram from any liability in relation to this Contest.
• Entry and participation in the Contest shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by you of this Terms and Conditions, foodpanda Policies and Privacy Policies available at foodpanda Malaysia platform.
