TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following contest activity is organized by foodpanda Malaysia (“foodpanda”, “we” or “our”) and is open to users for the foodpanda Malaysia platform (“participant(s)”, “user(s)” or “you”). The Basic Terms and the Contest Standard Terms that are available at foodpanda Malaysia platform (collectively “Terms and Conditions”) shall be binding on you. The definitions in the Contest Standard Terms shall apply unless otherwise expressly agreed in the Basic Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between the Contest Standard Terms and the Basic Terms, the Basic Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.



BASIC TERMS



1 Name of Contest “Mamee x pandamart Snack to Score World Cup Contest”
2 Brief mechanism of Contest 1. Participants are to spend a minimum of RM15 and above on Mamee products per order via pandamart throughout the Contest Period (“Order”).

2. Participants are to key in the code MAMEE during checkout of every successful Order to opt-in to the contest (1 Order = 1 entry) For the purpose of this section, “successful Order” means an order that is successfully delivered to the customer and no refund or whatsoever is made thereafter.

3. Top three (3) participants with the highest number of entries by the end of the Contest Period will be eligible to the Prizes and shall be selected to win the Grand Prize, the 2nd Prize and 3rd Prize respectively.

4. Fifty (50) participants to be selected for every 200th entry will be eligible to win the Consolation Prizes throughout the Contest Period.
3 Contest Period 7 October 2022,12:00AM until 10 November 2022, 11:59 PM
4 Eligibility Criteria / Ineligibility 1. Participants must have a valid and registered foodpanda account during the Contest Period.

2. Participants must be residing in Malaysia during the Contest Period.
5 Selection of Winner 1. At the end of the Contest Period, fifty-three (53) Eligible Participants will be shortlisted based on the following criteria:
(a) Grand Prize: 1x participant with the highest number of entries to the contest;
(b) 2nd Prize: 1x participant with the 2nd highest number of entries to the contest;
(c) 3rd Prize: 1x participant with the 3rd highest number of entries to the contest; and
(d) Consolation Prizes: 50x participants with every 200th entry throughout the Contest Period = 50x Consolation Prizes. (collectively, “Winners”)

2. The Winners will be selected by an independent panel. The decisions by the panels are final and binding. The panel’s decisions on all matters relating to the Contest (including without limitation, the selection of Winners, play of the Contest and/or any resolutions made) shall be final and absolute and binding on the participants. No discussion, correspondence, enquiry, appeal or challenge in respect of any decision of foodpanda will be entertained.

3. The selected Winners must not have won any contest prize from foodpanda Malaysia previously.

4. foodpanda Malaysia may publish an announcement regarding the Contest and/or Winners on foodpanda social media platforms (such as: Facebook, Instagram & Twitter).

5. The participants shall not dispute nor make any oral or written complaints, public announcements or statements on the same whether during or after the Contest Period.
6 Prizes The Winners shall be eligible to the respective prizes at the end of the Contest Period as follows:
Prize : Grand Prize - Return flight + on ground accommodation + ticket to watch the semi final of the world cup in Qatar, for 1 pax

    Personal incidentals such as room service, laundry charges, etc. Any optional tours/meals/activities which are not specified in itinerary Travel insurance available on request (extra cost applies)

    2nd prize - 65-inch Samsung smart TV

    3rd prize - Dyson Air Wrap

    Consolation prizes - 50x RM100 pandamart vouchers to be used on Mamee products

    Voucher Terms and Conditions:
  • Voucher is valid 30 days from the date of voucher credit (“Offer Period). Any use of the Voucher made before or after the Offer Period will be invalid and rejected.

  • Each Voucher is only valid for one order made via the foodpanda App.

  • Voucher is only applicable to be used on orders made in pandamart on Mamee products

  • Unless stated otherwise, Voucher is (i) not valid in conjunction with other promotions or discounts, (ii) non-transferable; (ii) not to be resold or whatsoever; (i) not exchangeable for cash, refund, replace or whatsoever; (iv) not stackable or to be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts; (v) not allowed for partial redemption or discount or redemption for any other product items or redemption for other promotions with the voucher codes;

  • foodpanda Malaysia shall not be liable to any person including the Winners and/or be liable to offer replacement of any voucher code, cash or otherwise compensate any winners for expired, invalid, discontinued or canceled voucher code; improper use of, or inability to redeem any voucher code; or the inability to redeem a voucher code due to technical issues.

    Terms and Conditions:
  • Prizes are strictly non-refundable. Prizes cannot be exchanged, altered or exchanged for cash.

  • foodpanda Malaysia reserves the right to alter, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion, any part thereof or any part of the applicable terms & conditions from time to time, with or without any prior notice. Any decision made by foodpanda in relation thereto shall be final and binding on all persons.

  • foodpanda Malaysia reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute the Prizes with other products of approximately equivalent value at any time with prior notice

    • 7 Notification of winners
  • foodpanda Malaysia team will contact the Winners via email, push notification and/or such mode of communication (“Notification”) as foodpanda Malaysia team deems appropriate within fifteen (15) ) working days from the end of the Contest Period regarding the Prize collection or redemption which shall be determined by foodpanda Malaysia at its sole discretion.

  • For the Consolation Prize Winners, the Voucher shall be credited into the respective winners’ foodpanda account within 14 working days from the date of Notification.

  • Winners will need to present his/her foodpanda account that matches with the customer ID foopdanda Malaysia team selected as a Winner. Winners are allowed to send representatives to collect the Prizes on his/her behalf, with authorisation letter enclosed with a copy of identity card of the Winner sent via email.

  • Any expenses to collect the Prizes (eg: travelling to foodpanda HQ) shall be borne by the Winners.

  • In the event that Prizes is not collected by the Winners within the dates stated on the final Notification by foodpanda Malaysia, the Prize will be forfeited,

  • The Winners will be deemed disqualified from the Contest, if:
    - foodpanda Malaysia is unable to contact the selected Winners (for any reasons, including line engaged or routed into voicemail, line drop off, etc); and/or
    - failed to receive a response from the Winners through the Notification within three (3) days upon the receipt of notification; and/or
    - the Winners withdraw their participation in the Contest upon being contacted by foodpanda Malaysia.

  • In the event that any situation mentioned in point above occurs, foodpanda Malaysia reserves the right to replace a disqualified Winner with a next-in-line shortlisted participant at its sole discretion.
    • 8 Additional Terms, if any
  • This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, FIFA, Facebook or Instagram.

  • Participants agree to release FIFA, Facebook & Instagram from any liability in relation to this Contest.

  • Entry and participation in the contest shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by you of this Terms and Conditions, foodpanda Policies and Privacy Policies available at foodpanda Malaysia platform.

  • foodpanda Malaysia reserves the right to change or alter any part of the contest at its sole discretion without prior notification.
