Ingredients
250g Panko breadcrumbs
75ml milk
1kg ground beef
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 large eggs
250g Parmesan cheese, finely grated
125g fresh Italian herbs, finely chopped
125g yellow onion, grated
10ml Worcestershire sauce
5ml dried oregano
5ml fine sea salt
2.5g black pepper
1.25g crushed red pepper flakes

Directions
First, prepare the panade by combining panko and milk in a mixing bowl. Set aside for the mixture to soak.
Next, add ground beef, garlic, eggs, Parmesan, fresh herbs, onion and Worcestershire sauce to the same bowl. Stir.
Then, add oregano, salt, black pepper and crushed red pepper flakes.
With your hands, mix the ingredients but be sure to not over-mix.
Next, prep the oven and baking sheet. Heat the oven to 220°C and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
Use a cookie scoop or a spoon to form your meatballs and scoop and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Once done, let your meatballs cool for 5 minutes and serve immediately.
