500g chicken breast (skinless and boneless)
60g all-purpose flour
50g unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves (minced)
1 ½ tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
90g honey

Directions
Cut the chicken breast into 4 steaks and sprinkle each side with salt and pepper.
Pour flour into a shallow plate and coat the chicken breast in flour.
Melt most of the butter in a skillet over high heat. Save about 1 teaspoon of butter for later.
Place the chicken in a skillet and cook for about 3 minutes until golden. Turn and cook the other side for about 1 minute.
Turn down the heat to medium-high.
Add garlic and the remaining butter. Stir the garlic once the butter melts.
Add the white vinegar, light soy sauce and honey. Stir and shake the pan to combine.
Bring the sauce to simmer and simmer for 1 minute or until slightly thickened.
Coat the chicken with the sauce. Add water and stir to adjust the sauce thickness.
Remove the chicken from the stove. Serve on a plate and drizzle over the remaining sauce.
