If you’ve got company coming over and you’re unsure of what to make, you can whip up this quiche recipe that’s sure to impress your guests! Quiche has a crumbly and flaky crust with a creamy egg custard centre filled with ingredients of your choice. It’s fairly simple to make but tastes delicious and looks exquisite.

Ingredients
1 pie crust, refrigerated
6 large eggs
90ml of full-fat milk
90ml of heavy cream
1 tsp of salt
¼ tsp of black pepper
160g of cooked ham, chopped
120g of mozzarella cheese, shredded
120g of cheddar cheese, shredded
1 stalk of scallion, chopped
Equipment
An oven
1 bowl
1 whisk
1 pie dish
1 fork
Directions
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
In a bowl, combine eggs, milk, and heavy cream.
Season with salt and pepper. Whisk to combine all ingredients.
Fit the pie crust into the pie dish and pierce the bottom with a fork.
Sprinkle ham, 80 grams of mozzarella and cheddar cheese, and scallions over the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture into the pie crust and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake the quiche in the oven for 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and set aside to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
