Ingredients
1 baguette
125g of unsalted butter, softened
4 cloves of garlic, minced
½ tsp of salt
2 tsp of parsley, finely chopped
Equipment
1 knife
1 bowl
Aluminium foil
Directions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Using the knife, cut the baguette into half and then into 5-inch slices.
In a bowl, combine butter, garlic, salt, and parsley. Mix until well incorporated.
Spread the garlic butter on both of the cut sides of the bread.
Wrap the garlic bread in aluminium foil.
Pop it into the oven for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, remove from the oven, unwrap and serve!
Extra toppings
This garlic bread recipe is great on its own, but you can also throw on extra toppings for new flavour combinations and to make the meal more filling.
