Ingredients

  • 330g sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce or more according to preference
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 dozen chicken wings

Oven-baked Chicken Wings Recipe

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 190℃. Place parchment paper on the baking sheet.
  • In a large bowl, mix the sweet chilli sauce with the hot sauce, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder with a spoon to combine.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and coat the wings with the sauce.
  • Place the chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet. Do not overlap.
  • Roast the wings for 15 to 20 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked. Raise the oven temperature to 218℃ and continue to cook until the glaze begins to brown.
