Terms & Conditions

The Basic Terms and the Standard Terms and Conditions (collectively “Terms and Conditions”) and the Privacy Notice shall be binding on all contestants who participate in this Contest (“Contestants”). The definitions in the Standard Terms and Conditions shall apply unless otherwise expressly stated in the Basic Terms. In the event of any inconsistency between the Basic Terms, the Standard Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice, the Basic Terms and the Privacy Notice shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

By participating in the Contest, the Contestants shall be deemed to accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice unconditionally. If the event that the Contestant is not agreeable to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Notice, the Contestant must not participate in this Contest.

A. BASIC TERMS

1. Organiser

1.1 This contest is organised by Delivery Hero Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“foodpanda”).

2. Name of Contest

2.1 The contest shall be known as the Make Game Night Delicious Stampcard Challenge (“Contest”).

3. Brief mechanism of Contest

3.1 Contestants must first accept the Make Game Night Delicious Stampcard Challenges in panda rewards. A total of three (3) stampcard challenges will be introduced during the Campaign Period, each with its own challenge period and, as follows:

  • a. Challenge 1: “12th Player” Stampcard Challenge (8-21 June 2026)
  • b. Challenge 2: “Golden Boot” Stampcard Challenge (22 June-5 July 2026)
  • c. Challenge 3: “Champion Bola” Stampcard Challenge (6-20 July 2026)

3.2 Each challenge shall be treated as a separate challenge period, and order counts will reset to zero at the start of each new challenge.

3.3 For each challenge, Contestants who successfully place the highest number of completed orders using the respective stampcard during the relevant challenge period will automatically qualify as winners for the applicable prizes.

3.4 Winners will be determined based on the highest number of completed orders recorded on the participating stampcard for each challenge period.

4. Eligibility Criteria

4.1 To be eligible to participate, Contestants must:

  • a. have a valid and registered foodpanda account during the Contest Period;
  • b. reside in Malaysia during the Contest Period;
  • c. be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of participation.

4.2 Orders that are cancelled, refunded or fraudulent will not count towards completion of the stampcard.

4.3 Only completed orders will be considered eligible. Orders that are cancelled, refunded, reversed, or deemed fraudulent will not be counted towards stampcard completion or contest entries.

4.4 Eligible entries apply only to orders placed for food delivery, foodpanda shops, and pandamart.

4.5 Each one (1) completed eligible order shall be equivalent to one (1) contest entry, unless stated otherwise.

4.6 Successful orders with foodpanda shops and pandamart will receive double entries per completed eligible order. Double entries will be calculated in the backend and finalised at the end of the Campaign Period.

4.7 Three (3) eligible users who purchase a new subscription or renew their existing subscription for the twelve (12)-month pandapro plan during the Contest Period will be selected to win one (1) signed football boot each.

4.8 Three (3) eligible users with the highest number of valid orders containing Coke Combo Meal during the Contest Period will be eligible to win one (1) premium football gift box each.

  • 4.8.1 Purchase a minimum of one (1) combo meal which must include a beverage (in any variant and pack size) from the brands as set out in paragraph 4.8.2 below (collectively referred to as “Participating Brands”) in a single receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) from any of the participating stores as set out in paragraph 4.8.2 below (collectively referred to as “Participating Stores”) during the Contest Period (“Combo Meal”). For avoidance of doubt, only purchases made exclusively via the Foodpanda platform are eligible to participate. You are advised to keep the Proof of Purchase for record and/or verification purposes.

  • 4.8.2 Participating Brands: “Coca-Cola”, “A&W”, “Sprite”, “Fanta”, “Fuze Tea”, “Authentic Tea House”, “Minute Maid” and “Schweppes”.

  • 4.8.3. For the purposes of this Contest, a “Combo Meal” means a combination of a main meal item and a beverage purchased within the same transaction, whether ordered as a bundled or set meal or as separate items, and shall not be limited to pre-bundled offerings.

4.9 foodpanda reserves the right to disqualify any account suspected of abuse, misuse, or breach of platform terms.

5. Contest Period

5.1 The Contest Period shall commence on 8 June 2026 at 12:00 a.m. and end on 20 July 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Malaysia time).

6. Selection of Winners

6.1 At the end of the Contest Period, a total of two hundred and fifty-five (255) main Challenge winners will be selected as follows:

  • 6.1.1. For each Challenge, a total of five (5) Participants with the highest number of orders will be selected to win one (1) authentic signed football jersey each. Signed jerseys may feature Bruno Fernandes, Neymar, Lamine Yamal, Alexis Mac Allister, or Vini Jr.

  • 6.1.2. For each Challenge, a total of eighty (80) Participants will each receive one (1) Pau-Pau Football Edition plushie as a consolation prize.

6.2 In addition to the main Challenge prizes, a total of six (6) bonus prize winners will be selected as follows:

  • 6.2.1. pandapro Bonus Prize: A bonus prize will be awarded to three (3) new pandapro users who sign up during the Contest Period. Each winner will receive one (1) authentic signed boots prize. Signed boots may feature Michael Owen, Zlatan Ibrahimović, or Xabi Alonso.

  • 6.2.2. Coca-Cola Bonus Prize: A bonus prize will be awarded to three (3) Participants who place the highest number of orders for “Coke Combos” during the Contest Period. Each winner will receive one (1) premium football gift box. Please refer to Section B for the full terms relating to the Coca-Cola bonus prize.

6.3 For clarity, the total number of winners selected under this Contest is two hundred and sixty-one (261), comprising two hundred and fifty-five (255) main Challenge winners and six (6) bonus prize winners.

6.4 The Organiser reserves the right to determine the allocation of prizes to the selected winners at its sole and absolute discretion.

6.5 Selected winners will be required to correctly answer a qualifying question before being confirmed as final winners. Failure to answer the qualifying question correctly will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6.6 All completion records, order counts, and winner determination shall be based strictly on foodpanda’s system records, which shall be final and binding.

6.7 In the event of a tie, duplication, or any technical issue affecting completion records, foodpanda reserves the right to determine the winner at its sole discretion.

7. Prizes

7.1 Grand prize:

  • 7.1.1. Fifteen (15) winners will each receive one (1) authentic signed football jersey
  • 7.1.2 Signed jerseys may feature Bruno Fernandes, Neymar, Lamine Yamal, Alexis Mac Allister, or Vini Jr.

7.2 Consolation prizes:

  • 7.2.1. Eighty (80) winners will each receive one (1) Pau-Pau Football Edition plushie.

7.3 pandapro Bonus Prize

  • 7.3.1 Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) authentic signed boots prize.
  • 7.3.2 Signed boots may feature Michael Owen, Zlatan Ibrahimović, or Xabi Alonso.

7.4 Coca-Cola Bonus Prize

  • 7.4.1 Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) premium football gift box, consist of One (1) unit of Harimau Malaya Team Jersey, One (1) unit of Training Duffel Bag, One (1) unit of Men’s Football Boots, One (1) unit of Men’s Cap, One (1) unit of Men’s Water Bottle, One (1) unit of Football and Three (3) pairs of Sports Socks

  • 7.4.2 All items with size variations, where applicable, will be provided at random.

7.5 Prizes terms and Conditions:

  • 7.5.1 Prizes are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.

  • 7.5.2 foodpanda Malaysia reserves the right to alter, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion, any part thereof or any part of the applicable terms & conditions from time to time, with or without any prior notice. Any decision made by foodpanda in relation thereto shall be final and binding on all persons.

  • 7.5.3 foodpanda Malaysia reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute the Prizes with other products of approximately equivalent value at any time with prior notice.

8. Notification of winners

8.1 Winners announcement will be informed via foodpanda social media channels. Further details of date and time will be announced via foodpanda social media channels.

8.2 foodpanda Malaysia team will contact the winners via email, push notification, phone call and/or such mode of communication (“Notifcation”) as foodpanda Malaysia team deems appropriate within fifteen (15) working days from the end of the Contest Period regarding the Prize collection or redemption which shall be determined by foodpanda Malaysia at its sole discretion.

8.4 In the event the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of Notification, the Prize shall be forfeited and foodpanda reserves the right to award it to the next eligible Contestant.

8.5 Final winners will be required to collect their prizes in person from the foodpanda Malaysia office, at a date and time to be determined by foodpanda. Failure to do so within the stipulated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and foodpanda reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

9. Additional Terms, if any

9.1 Entry and participation in the contest shall be deemed an unconditional acceptance by the Contestant of this Terms and Conditions, foodpanda Policies and Privacy Notice available at foodpanda Malaysia platform.

9.2 foodpanda Malaysia reserves the right to change or alter any part of the contest at its sole discretion without prior notification.
