Food was so good but only issue is about food panda rider.I want to give nothing for rider. I need to pay just 4.72 by cash but when i reached rider asked me to pay 5 ? 0.28 cent may be a small amount but rider need to be honest enough to tell customer real amount this is a cheater and i cannot accept this kind of manner

What I'ved paid for wasn’t exactly what I'ved received. I didn’t get century egg & chicken congee, scallop cheung fun, har gao prawn dumpling, prawn cheung fun. Half I’ved paid for were not received and the receipt given to me were with only half what I’ved order. My family were too hungry to bother with such delivery, which were delayed in delivery most probably dued to preparation? Anyway do please be extra care with customer order etc.

Restaurant and rider service are top notch, especially the rider. Restaurant has provided wrong items in the beginning but rider willing to go back to restaurant and pick up the correct item and sent back to me. Thumbs up to the rider! Food panda customer service on the other hand was not helpful, didn’t want to rearrange the food to be picked up and unwilling to inform the restaurant about my delivery address and the restaurant requested it.
